Fourth and final episode in our series exploring the Young Lawyer International Program. After exploring the world, it's time to come back home. We meet with Laura MacLean who just came back from her placement 3 months ago and Mathieu Delorme who did the program 7 years ago, let's see what they are up to now.
The first stop is Laura MacLean in Ottawa. She’s currently a staff lawyer at La Clinique Juridique Francophone D’Ottawa working primarily on immigration files. She interned in Durban, South Africa working for Lawyers for Human Rights in the Refugee and Migrant Rights Program in 2019.
Our next guest is Mathieu Delorme also in Ottawa. He’s currently a labour lawyer for a public service union. He went to Grahamstown South Africa in 2011 to intern at the Legal Resources Centre there.did his internship in Grahamstown, South Africa in 2011-2012.
